Financially stable and profitable bank is seeking a new CEO to replace the current one who will be retiring in the future.  Qualified individual will be brought in at the EVP level and be groomed for this transition.  The CEO historically serves as the key leader in driving the credit vision and lending production for this bank and heads up the Executive Team (consisting of SLO/CCO/CFO/CIO/COO).  Successful individual must have a strong credit and commercial/ag lending background and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a bank management position that readies him/her for a CEO career step.  Committee responsibilities include the following: Audit, Enterprise Risk, Advertising, Directors’ Loan, Fair Lending, IT and Asset Liability.  This a closely-held bank with an active board  and the successful individual must be comfortable with regular board communication and involvement.  Must be degreed and have a strong current working knowledge of relevant regulations and a track record of community involvement including business, and charitable.  Compensation will involve a competitive base salary and an officer-level benefits package with relocation assistance.
