Production Manager

Location: OK, OK

Education:  Minimum BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field; MS or MBA preferred.
Citizenship:   Must be a United States citizen 
Travel Requirements:  Less than 5% of work schedule, mostly within the Central United States.
Experience Required: 
Minimum of 15-20 years of combined experience including:
  • Production management with a minimum of five years of experience in ammonia and urea manufacturing management.
  • Process, mechanical or project engineering in chemicals or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with maintenance and reliability improvement systems, chemical manufacturing regulatory requirements, etc.
  • Familiarity with process digital control systems and upgrades.
  • Manage the site manufacturing organization which includes production area managers, lab manager and production/maintenance coordinator, shift supervisors and hourly manufacturing employees.
  • Work with site safety, environmental, maintenance, technical, financial and logistics functions to maximize process reliability, improve efficiency and meet regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of budgets, capital projects, major maintenance turnarounds, training and staffing of the manufacturing organization, etc.
