Profitable and financially stable $600MM bank in western Washington is seeking a Credit Administrator for their management team.  This position will be responsible for the overall quality and profitability of the loan portfolio, for credit policies and procedures, risk rating, credit underwriting, staff training in credit-related issues and for monitoring the on-going quality of the credit portfolio.  Will serve as an active member of the Loan Committee and other committees relevant to the role.  The position will report to the Chief Lending Officer and supervise the underwriting staff.   Successful candidate will be degreed and have 7 years or more of broad lending/credit experience in a role that involves at a minimum, commercial lending, financial statement analysis, loan documentation, regulatory compliance and loan presentations.  Experience with portfolio lending would be a plus. Base compensation based upon experience with annual bonuses averaging 25%.  100% of employee’s medical plan paid for by the bank and 5% annual contribution by the bank into the employee’s profit-sharing plan in addition to a 401K with match.
