The Field Engineer will be responsible for the supervision and management of major pipeline construction projects, as well as the construction and installation of pipeline relocation projects. 

Responsibilities including but not limited to: 
  • Effectively plan, schedule, and manage multiple capital and operational construction and maintenance projects 
  • Manage the development and execution of a broad range of construction projects; including, but not limited to:  produced water pipelines, freshwater pipelines, pump stations, and salt water disposal facilities.
  • Provide leadership including project planning, scheduling, and prioritization of tasks 
  •  Assist Operations in the preparation of project scopes, cost estimates, bidding, budgeting, and execution plans
  •   Oversee and manage contractors and construction inspectors 
  •  Interact with contractors throughout the bid and selection process, as well as throughout all phases of project construction and commissioning.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering or a related
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ direct work experience in pipeline construction indus
  • Related project management or construction management may be considered as a substitute for a degree/certification
