Special Assets Officer, southern Idaho
        Financially stable community bank in southern Idaho is seeking a Special Assets Officer with skills in both commercial and ag credit workouts, restructures and collections.  Will act as the primary servicing officer for a portfolio of troubled loans and foreclosed assets and will perform the duties of a lending officer with loan authority as designated by bank management. Responsible for administering and restructuring less complex problem loans and for ensuring proper documentation to secure collateral. Also accountable for managing ORE properties to maintain value and helping in sale negotiation when appropriate.  Must be familiar with Security Agreements, Deeds of Trust, UCC filings and Promissory notes.  Must be knowledgeable about regulations that impact areas of responsibility and ensure compliance with bank policy.  Will serve as the point of contact for litigation matters and work with bank’s attorney in obtaining information needed for judgments and seizure when needed.  Will supervise a Small Loan Collections Officer and report to the Chief Credit Officer.  Compensation entails a base salary commensurate with experience in addition to full benefits and help with relocation.
