Building Materials Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager for a manufacturer who sells into Home Improvement dealers and distributors in Utah, Southern Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. Interested candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience selling building materials (cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, etc). Newly created role due to business acquisition and growth. 

Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager:
  • Responsible for all sales related functions - business development, planning and execution.
  • Develop business relationships to promote Kitchen and Bath Dealer and Distributor Sales
  • Preserve and improve client orders by performing regular client visits with an emphasis on training of sales/design staff.
  • Development of time management and priority selling skills is essential for improvement of productivity and call efficiency
Requirements of the Territory Sales Manager:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B field sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of account and relationship development
  • High level of drive and energy; self-motivated  
  • Must have valid license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel overnight - apx 2 nights/week.
Compensation for the Sales Representative:
  • Base salary up to $75,000 annually
  • 50% Bonus Plan 
  • Full expense package includes car, card for gas and customary business expenses, and full home office expenses
