Branch Operations Manager Needed, Sun Valley, Idaho
Stable and growing Community Bank in southwestern Idaho has a need for a Branch Operations Manager for their resort location near Sun Valley. Responsibilities would entail overall management of Operations and Retail Lending and the hiring, training and supervision of about 7 staff. Bank would like a minimum of 2 years of experience, a degree or equivalent, a basic understanding of Compliance and Regulatory requirements and some management experience. The bank operates in a Jack Henry (Silverlake) environment and has electronic draft capture (EDC) capability for transactions as well as Check 21 for next-day funds availability for customers. Familiarity with these systems would be a plus. Compensation would entail a base salary commensurate with experience, great benefits and assistance with relocation expenses.
