HR Director, Rocky Mountain Area
Financially solid independent and growing bank in the Rocky Mountain area has a need for someone to head up and upgrade their HR Department into a pro-active strategic partner with the CEO. They are seeking skills in talent acquisition, effective on-boarding, employee training/development/retention as well as periodic salary and benefit reviews and assisting the CEO with succession planning. This would be the point person in advising/assisting department heads in personnel policies, laws and regulations regarding employment, counseling and discipline, A track record in serving as an effectual "change agent" in implementing management decisions to all levels of the bank would be very helpful. This position reports directly to the CEO and would require a Bachelor's Degree in HR or similar field as well as 5 years or more of experience in a professional HR position with an independent bank. Excellent skills in communication and organization are essential. SPHR certification or a Master's would be a plus. Compensation would entail a salary commensurate with experience as well as good benefits including a 401K with match and a relocation package.
