Credit Training Officer, Sioux Falls, SD or the Twin Cities, MN
Growing community bank with a SD/MN footprint has a need for a Credit Trainer who would spend half time as part of the Senior Credit Officers working on more complex credits and the other half of the time training new Credit Officers on commercial credit.  A senior credit analyst with at least 5 years of experience and a passion for teaching others would be an adequate background for this role.  Experience with ag credit would be a plus. Very little travel would be needed in this role since most of the training would be done with video conferencing or having the trainees come into the bank.  Compensation would entail a competitive base salary in addition to great benefits and bonuses based on bank profitability.
