CFO Idaho
Growing multi-state community bank in Idaho is seeking a new CFO to partner with the CEO in M&A and strategic planning and to oversee the financial well-being of the bank going forward.  This is not a position designed to follow the lead of others on every decision but rather a position that requires a well-informed decision-maker to take the lead in areas appropriate to their expertise. A qualified candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a CFO in a good sized bank, be comfortable with investment portfolios, currently or in the past been a CFO in a bank with assets of one billion dollars or more, have some experience with publicly-traded companies and possess a strong sense of team collaboration.  Since there is regular involvement with the board and the investors, that experience would be an asset to the position.  Position will report to the CEO, manage a staff of 3-5 and some travel with the CEO or management team would be part of the job requirements.  Compensation will entail a generous base salary along with excellent benefits, stock options and relocation package.
